The place is no frills. Cars are as-is. Prices were appropriate. I visited late Friday evening and Mike hung out until we closed the deal. Very helpful and overall I enjoyed the experience. I would not hesitate to buy another car from here.

I had the best experience with my purchase. The owners were great, and even played with my nephew. Fantastic people!! I went in and got exactly what I wanted to buy and it was exactly that. Where do I even begin? This dealership is incredibly dishonest. They took my deposit and assured me the van was in excellent condition and rust-free. I flew from Chicago to Cleveland to buy this car, trusting their word and the website description. What I found was appalling. The van was filthy, riddled with rust, and had poorly patched rocker panels with cracked Bondo. The engine bay was full of debris, rat droppings, and loose parts. The engine squealed within minutes, and a loose heat shield lay in the bay, ready to be sucked into the belt. Every bolt looked like it would snap if touched. Underneath, the frame was the most rusted-out I’ve ever seen. Junkyard parts still had salvage codes, bolts were fused to brackets, and the frame had flaky, crumbling steel. As a metal fabricator, I immediately spotted frame damage and bad repairs, concealed with fresh paint. None of this was disclosed, and the Carfax failed to note frame issues or a salvage-worthy condition. FRAME DAMAGE IS SERIOUS! The rocker panels had stress cracks that made the van look like it would fold in half if driven. When I confronted the dealer, they refused to refund my deposit. On top of that, Michael used racist slurs during the conversation - absolutely unacceptable behavior from any business. After spending over $1,000 on travel for this wasted trip, I had to walk away. They wanted $8,500 for a van that wouldn’t fetch $1,500 in trade. Avoid this dealership - they misrepresent inventory, conceal dangerous issues, and are untrustworthy. I was transparent about my concerns and specifically asked if the van was rust-free. You lied, assuring me it was in excellent shape. If I’d known the truth, I wouldn’t have wasted time and money flying across the country. You accuse me of "intentionally damaging" the vehicle. Inspecting a car before purchase is not damage. I pointed out major issues—rusted-out frame, cracked Bondo, and broken parts—that you hid. Trying to shift blame to me is absurd. Your description of the van as "decent" and "free of rust" is laughable. As a metal fabricator, I know rust, and this van was falling apart. The frame and suspension were dangerously rusted, with poor repairs and patched parts. These are major safety issues, not "minor flaws." Regarding the deposit, I signed a non-refundable agreement under the assumption the van matched your description: rust-free and well-maintained. When I saw the truth, I realized I’d been misled. I accepted a partial refund only because I thought the matter was settled. Filing a chargeback was my last option after your misrepresentation cost me lots of money and time. Your response proves your dealership prioritizes profit over honesty and safety. Instead of taking accountability, you try to paint me as the villain. This isn’t just bad business - it’s unethical, racist, and dangerous. Future customers, beware: this dealership cannot be trusted.
