Thank you for showing courtesy and patience. Waited for me to turn the corner to take pictures of a vehicle and step inside to see if the owner was available to look at aRV and they swiped my car, car running my purse, money, dental equipment, everything sitting in my car but more than that the business that called them is shady but you know, I guess we all have to stay in business so there it is you go look at some shit in the hood they have to get you. They can’t wait to tow your car and especially if it’s easy this is easy money for them $185..10 minutes and a 30 second Dr. so it created a win-win the circle of life thank you.

I have to say back in July my vehicle had gotten towed due to me being transported by squad to hospital from being very sick health wise and the guy I was seeing was arrested due to a warrant and I didn't have anyone to come get my suv that night so it was towed for safekeeping (sheriff claims he didn't want it to just sit at gas station so no one in the public would break into it). However after being released from hospital I didn't know where my truck was the first 3 or 4 days and when I found out where it was I made several calls and had others also call because a couple times people were very rude on the phone and I made several visits there and one guy was very rude to me because I needed my id and whatever else they needed from me which was all inside my suv. All they had to do was walk with me so I could grab it but no after the 4 th time trying to get my id and things I had to go spend money to get another id which I didn't have at the time and everytime my price kept going higher and higher which I do understand storage fees but by the time a month rolls around my bill is 3000 dollars and for what. My boyfriend at the time nor I was not charged with anything at all and because there were things in my suv doeant give anyone any rights to judge us because none of you knew that one of us waa a diabetic and I didn't have that big of a mess in the SUV so not sure why the sheriff's was looking for but the point is because of all the hassle of being able to get my truck back and the rudeness of employees and loosing my job due to all of this...just because you were called to pick of veichle and someone is in a bind doesn't mean we are had people sometimes things happen in life. I know people at other town companies and they don't at greedy or rude to customers and they can also be reasonable with price I don't care about the owners statement we can't reason with you or we have to do it for everyone else to not every case is the same bud and maybe you can explain what safe keeping means . I know what others says about it . I've had veichles impounded by your company a couple different times and anyty other time I knew it was going to be and I paided my dues those times with no problems but this time it was very uncalled for and I would nothing more to just have my Xterra back

My F150 2 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK GOT STUCK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DURING THIS SNOW STORM OF 2026 AND THEY CAME PROMPTLY AND THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS GREAT!!!! SHOVELED SOME SNOW A FEW TIMES JUST FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO GET MY TRUCK IN THE DRIVEWAY AFTER HE WRENCHED IT OFF THE SNOW COVERED STREET, GREAT GUYS !!!!
