First time here. These are my guys now. My car is almost 10 years old, so the occasional problem is going to happen. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. Efficiency matters, and their willingness and ability to get my issues diagnosed and repaired quickly, meant that I was able to get back to normal life. (And stop paying rental car fees) My 10 year-old car feels like it will keep serving me for a long while.

[ SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND A HEADACHE ] I thought I had the most difficult issue to deal with, but in reality it was the easy job in the shop, keep reading for my story. My car was held for about 2-3 weeks in just the parking lot of the shop as the EPB was stuck and locked in with only the electronic needing to be turned on or car lifted in the back and manualy disengage the EPB. The car broke down, wouldn't start or nothing with life before bringing it in. I was told by this shop they checked fuses and a couple of things here and there for it every time I called, but after simply narrowing down issue before bringing it in after simple everyday should know how checking if when your car goes down, they completely lost my trust after hearing whispers around that my car was never really touched or looked at, it just sat there in the parking lot. I calles and checked every other day to see how the progress was, practically same BS explanation can't find the reason, till enough was enough. After retrieving my car from the shop and taken to the next one, wouldn't you know it, I had my car back and driving within 48-72hrs because the main issue was because the whole "battery connector assembly was fried." YEP, REALLY BACK-FLIPPIN EASY! Nice owner/manager in people skills, I'm sure they have great mechanic workers, but I am 200% NEVER taking any of my vehicles back to this shop for the negligence I found out after and because I only have the one car, had to spend over $400 for UBER rides for all that time my car was held and untouched to get roommate to work. If they had fixed my car, that $400 would have been still awful to lose, but be gladly put into their shops pocket because i desperately NEEDED it fixed, but glad I didn't as the next shop charged less than $300 to fix my car in a much shorter amount of time with reasonable explanation for the costs. - This shop seriously needs a new Owner or Manager or Management with how many POOR reviews there are, and now me included. They can't seem to manage job of what's needing to be worked on when a vehicle comes in and correctly work on vehicles as I'm sure the the whole time, maybe 8-12 other cars, current and newly brought in, were worked on and out of the shop. Hope you the reader found this useful, my issue for this review was during the 2nd half of December 2025 To the possible reviewer of my review for the shop, ypu do not need to give an explanation or defend, because no-one will care, just save the shop.

Just had my daughter leave to get her windshield wipers fixed and the owner Joe initially said he was going to fix the motor and then decided he wanted to change the repair and fix another part which cost her $453. However, he later realized that it was the motor that was the problem in the first place and said he needs an additional $450 to fix that. He allowed a teenager to leave his shop ,with her cash money , without the repairs And is charging her double the price to actually fix what she initially came in for. Please be careful about this place and do not allow your young drivers to go here to fix repairs. They are more worried about the money than the safety of the drivers and they will not fix what is actually wrong on the car. Terrible experience.
