We had a problem vehicle with unexpected transmission issues, and this business went above and beyond to help us. They saved our company a significant amount of money, provided excellent customer service, and had a very quick turnaround. To top it off, he personally drove over 50 miles to deliver the vehicle back to us. Jared, the owner, followed up the night of delivery to make sure we were happy and address any concerns. That level of care speaks volumes—he clearly takes pride in his work and is committed to delivering excellent results. A2Z is the only place I will take my car to. They do fantastic work and back up what they do. Their staff goes above and beyond what they’re required to do. Tiffany is the best!! She brought my car to me so we could go back to the shop and get everything squared away. Jared makes sure everything runs smoothly. I took in my 2016 Ram 2500 with about 100,000 miles at the time. I was having trouble with my 66RFE transmission while towing. I upgraded my valve body prior to contacting A2Z and was still having similar issues with my transmission. I am happy with my valve body upgrade which will help in the long run. A2Z ran their diagnostics and determined internal components within the transmission were failing. They were very knowledge and professional when handling questions I had and explaining their process in making everything right. I went ahead and let them get into the transmission where they found the issues I was having immediately. They called and explained everything very thorough. Parts were ordered quickly and in a matter of weeks I was getting the call to come pick up my truck. I have now been driving my truck for over a month and I am happy with the results. They will provide a warranty on their work. They have my recommendation.
