We had the headlight assembly replaced in February. The highbeam on the new assembly has stopped working. Stopped to get it swapped out under warranty. Have been waiting from 12:57 pm to 5:00 pm , not making money. You would think get it done and down the road so drivers will want to come back but I won't come back they are costing me money and some always have attitudes like you are invading their time and space. It's a warranty replacement. I had an appointment, and they put a unit in that was defective. Now I have to lose money waiting for them to decide when it's convenient for them to fix it. Side not the restroom shows a complete lack of respect for their customers it's a small hole in the wall with no thought for comfort of any kind. The fixtures are from the 1950s when the building was originally built. Truck drivers are, in some cases, big guys, and the small toilet is inadequate. I didn't get paid $196 an hour to sit and wait 5 hours for the headlight assembly to be replaced. Never again, my time isn't valuable to them.
