Bill and his father are everything that can make small businesses amazing. You can tell pretty much instantly they genuinely take pride in what they do and seemed nothing but sincere since the first phone call. The few other places I called seemed sketchy. I only needed one tire, but they not only took the time to check while I was on the phone if they had my size, they wanted to ensure they had a backup just in case before I headed over. When I got there they had them ready, checked to see which would work best with my existing tires, removed my old tire, put on and tested the new one, and then cleaned it and the rim by hand before putting it on. It was far cheaper than I was expecting, for a tire in great shape and top quality service. He shook my hand and said if I had any issues just come back and they'll take care of me, and I wholeheartedly believe it.

My vehicle is 10 years old I do everything to maintain it. I had them replace a thermostat, less than a year later the warming light comes back on.I call the part store to see if there is a warranty, only to be told the part was returned. Also had them replace struts a year later I hear a lot of rumbling over bumps low and behold I need new struts. Thankfully I was able to take part in the City's project taillight program and Lindesy Honda has inspected and is doing the repairs. I do not recommend this shop.

Had an emergency. Lost ability to use my brakes at all while driving on freeway. Pulled in here just needing someone to take a look to see where leak of brake fluid was coming from and would pay of course. The person their said only one working that day on a Saturday early afternoon so couldn't help me at all?! I stopped because of all the signage out front of ALL they do like they were a big time shop but only got a man that seemed to need to retire already.
