Tom (& team) really pulled through for me and got my car repaired very fast. I unluckily had 2 accidents back to back, and he got both repairs done at once. He's was very thorough from beginning to end. The front of my car looks brand new where he worked on it, and my car came back super clean! I truly appreciate the time and commitment, my sedan looks better than when I purchased it. Thank you so much! He walked me through the process for repair, stayed on top of the insurance company, and even vacuumed my car, so that it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Tom, the owner, is one very detail-oriented individual. He likes to explain why a scenario or situation requires X or Y repair, validating all of his work and body shop pricing. My Nissan required gentle body work in my opinion, but did require bumper frame pulling. The work outcome he and his associate performed was beyond my expectations. I'll be recommending him to others in Clintonville.
