Best mechanic iv ever did buisness with in my entire life. 150% recommend zack because he is the best price in Columbus & he actually takes pride in his work & is a man of honor. He earned my respect and my trust and will continue to get my buisness from this day forward. He even told me if i broke down on side of road he would be there to get me back rolling. ? They just dont make em like this guy anymore.

Would like to give the guy a good review but as usual he never showed up. We’ve been without a vehicle for another day because of him now. Spoke the day before he was supposed to show yesterday, said he’d be here in the afternoon. I text him about 1pm and he said he was almost done where he was then he was headed my way. Afterwards he never just stopped responding entirely and ignored calls. Seems to be his thing based on prior reviews.

The Transparent Truth: So I recently got a new battery and had it changed... After I changed the battery, my heat/ac complety stopped working ?..... I searched the good ol YouTube university for any help/post related to this issue, and after all that, I still had no heat/ac ?.... So I called around and people were charging outrageous prices just to get it diagnosed ($200+) ..... I came across Zach and started reading reviews ??‍♂️.... I must say, I was a little hesitant based on some reviews of him not being available or having things to do (that's called life) but decided to give him a try anyway..... I told him the problem and he said he would look at it to see what the issue is and possibly fix it.... I talked to him at around 9:30 am and said he would be here within the hour..... Well 12:00 rolled around and I was getting nervous lol, so I texted him again.... He advised that he had to make a stop and would be here in 15 min..... He gave updates in regards to his eta and arrived at my house around 1:00 or so.... He got here and got to work without wasting any time lol..... Not only did he diagnose the issue, he was able to fix it temporarily untill I got it fixed the next day (blower motor resistor) ... Zach saved me sooooo much money no BS.... I appreciate the honesty and the fact that he told me what the issue was and walked me through each step of the process due to a lot of techsgatekeeping info lol.... Please use this mans services and hit him up for all your car needs/repairs.... You may have to hit him up a few times, but trust me, he will get to you and GET YOU TOGETHER ??....
