Republic Services went down a private road without authorization where they experience and equipment failure that led to a large oil spill on our property. They are not our trash service and should not have even been on our road. This happened on 9.19.2025 and today, 10.17.2025 I still have no resolution to how the environmental clean up will be done, or how we will be reimbursed for using our own spill kit to clean up this mess. Their environmental company came out one time roughly a week after the incident in the pouring rain to clean it up, leaving all of the contaminated spill kit items and soil behind. The contamination has very clearly not been dealt with. I have spent weeks trying to get an email, text, or phone call and I still have nothing from them beyond an acknowledgement that the accident occurred. It's honestly unbelievable how terribly they are handling this issue that is so clearly their responsibility to resolve. I'll be putting this review on every platform I can until we have a resolution, because so far they have responded to no other communication I have attempted.

Republic service is a horrible, a rip off company. Very poor communication. Can’t believe I was paying for a 4cubic yard twice a month $278 plus extra unknown charges. Now paying $120 for 8cubic yard 4 times a month. Anyone reading my comment save your self from a rip off

My company regularly gets emails stating our trash has been picked up when it has not!!!! Why is this??? Would love to speak with someone in authority over Columbus, OH and not on the other end of an 800#
