Dale was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the correct parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I had originally received the wrong rotors and brake pads, but he quickly located the right ones at another store. Without hesitation, he sent a driver to pick them up, and I had the correct parts in my hands within about 40 minutes. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service Dale provided. Five stars for both him and the delivery driver!

Thank you to Chris S. for helping to resolve this problem!!! I am impressed with how quickly this problem was resolved. I was treated with the utmost respect and it was clear that my business matters to this location. Thanks again Chris!! Purchased a brand new battery for my 2012 Toyota Camry and had it installed by one of the Advance Auto Parts ‘technicians’, who are allegedly trained to install new batteries. The employee didn’t secure my battery properly and didn’t tighten the terminal. If this employee had been properly trained, not been in a hurry, cared about providing good customer service, and installed my battery correctly, my car would have started the next morning. This employee’s lack of knowledge and training is a huge problem. As it stands now, my vehicle is in need of more repair due to his negligence.
