They text and said 2:00pm order would be ready at 5:00pm. We get in line just before 5:00pm. We get in our spot, let them know we are there and 8 other vehicles that came after us got their groceries before us. We tried to call the pick up manager, no answer for that. I even knocked on the door and asked for a manager, they did not even come out. We ended up with a different manager that happened to pick up the phone, that just made excuses when he even said he did not know what happened. We called customer service and spoke to someone that said her name was Kelly Ludlow and she was nothing but sarcastic. We did not get our groceries until around 6:15pm. I understand they were busy, the one manager claimed that maybe the other orders were smaller, I know for sure that at least one of the orders had 12 of the plastic crates. I think i am changing pharmacies and grocery stores. We left a birthday party early to make sure we were there on time. I lost an hour and over a quarter tank of fuel because it was too cold to leave the vehicle off. This Kroger has turned into a joke, not even a good one. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Customers should not be treated like garbage. Our order was only $217.xx, so it wasn't very large.

I've been shopping at this Kroger for years. This "Marketplace" store is where I do my main shopping for groceries. In my opinion, their prices are unbeatable. Weekly sales and clearance items are always available. Plenty of parking and grocery carts. The cashiers and baggers are polite and kind. Customer service is helpful and understanding of your needs, never argumentative. Each aisle is clearly marked, made for easy access. This store offers a clinic, vaccines, pharmacy and a state liquor store. This store also has employees who, with intellectual disabilities that are loved by all, are helpful and have great work ethics. There are other grocery stores in this area but none can beat out the service and prices here.

Kroger has always been one of my favorite stores to shop at since I was a kid. I love coming to the Englewood location because they always have what I want. Especially their fresh produce! Last week when I came in they were kind of busy which sucked because I happened to be in a rush that day but when I was ready to check out, a lady wearing a red vest named Martina was quick to point me to a register that had a shorter, quicker moving line! Jamie at the customer service desk was very helpful when I came back later that day because some of my digital coupons didn’t get credited to my order. You need more employees like Jamie and Martina! They are amazing!!!
