I had a young guy and he was skinny but he was the sweetest most thoughtful guy I've ever dealt with in a situation like that it was 10:50 p.m. I had State farm insurance I called them they set up a request and he accepted it he came out at 10:50 a.m. I'm in a ditch up to his knees in a Yukon and he hooked me up and he pulled me out and it didn't take him but 10 minutes to do it and when he was done he was like have a nice day and I know he had been having long hard days you could just tell by the look of him that things had just not been on his way but yet he was still kind and humble so I want to thank him whoever he is

Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. I booked a tow at 8 PM. It is currently 2:40 AM and my vehicle just got delivered. Also, they are very unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls reply to text messages or anything overpriced to keep in mind. It was a 4 mile tow that took Six hours I repeat do not use them for anything unless you like waiting for no reason

I called at 10 AM for tow truck that didn’t show up until 5 PM. I called for an ETA as I was told a driver would come right out and hours had passed , I was then told to wait or find another tow truck driver because they only had one driver today . I got a call that the driver was outside yet no one was there , I called to let them know and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for the driver to show up. I was also charged an extra $25 than the price quoted because I “did too much”. I did give 2 stars because they’re decently priced but personally, I don’t think I’d utilize this company again.
