Called to report this driver on the 70 west this morning, had a ton of trash coming out of his load, when I called you guys were more concerned with who I was then fixing the issue. You guys could be responsible for a serious accident. Do better! Not hard to cover a load or compact it before taking off. And to the driver no reason to flip someone off for beeping when YOUR changing lanes without a blinker and have bags and rocks cans falling out your truck! Told the lady I do have dash cam footage if needed

I would give these guys a zero if I could. We have had their services for 3 years. Started with a dumpster and after being informed they were going away from rear load dumpsters this year, they asked us to switch to totes. We had problems with them not picking up our dumpster several times throughout the 3 years but we have had totes for two months now and they have not picked up our trash for 5 weeks. Communication is horrible, I have called several times and cannot reach a customer service rep. I have live chatted with an agent a handful of times with no solution. After our trash is picked up I will be switching. WM reliability, customer service, and servicing is the worst I have experienced. DO NOT USE WM!!

I never received a container nor a trash pickup. Trying to reach a live representative was pointless and an all day long event. If I called the nearest trash number it would give me a spiel about I should go to the website and that'll handle everything and then hung up on me. Once I was able to finally find a phone number that got me to live representative they were always very nice very helpful and tried to make it work... But I never did receive a container nor did they ever pick up my trash. They said to put my trash outside and loose bags until I could get a container and wild animals got into it so I had to pick it up all over the yard and then pay somebody else to collect my trash. I switched to somebody else and so far so good and for half the price!
