After hearing how “great” this place was for months, I came to find out it is a TON worse than any review I read! My 72 yr. old father had to take my step mother’s car to be repaired. We decided with all these raving reviews to take it to Aarrow. Worst mistake EVER!!!! #1, they had this car for well over a month. Very unacceptable unless you’re putting a whole new engine in the damn thing! #2, they told my father that it was the throttle body. They said they couldn’t find the part, so we would have to track down the part! Never before in mine or my father’s life have we been told oh, we can’t find the part, so you find it! We ended up finding the part by simply looking on eBay. #3, my father asked these people numerous times, does he need to call them, or will they call him when the car is done, or if there was any problems. They said, oh, we will call you! Not ONE TIME did they call him about ANYTHING! He had to call them EVERY TIME! These are some of THE most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen in my life! Go there for an oil change or brakes. Don’t ever take it to them if it’s something half way tough! You’ll be doing all the work yourself finding the part! Wish I could give 0 stars!! This place is TRASH!?️
