Amazing customer service. From the moment I called to schedule the drop off of my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, and everything in between. They kept me informed about everything. They were extremely thorough. I expected to be without my vehicle for for at least 3 or 4 days. I received my car back exactly 24 hours later. They let me know what maintenance I will need soon what I can wait on and suggestions on how to take care of them. I will recommend them to everyone. Woww! Customer service was amazing from when I walked in the door to when I left out. So I brung my car in for my power steering at 3:30pm they closed at 6, they got my car fixed by 5:30 and I wasn’t even expecting it back until days later! They were so fast , so warm and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable. And after talking with them for under 5 minutes I felt confident with leaving them with my car. It’s safe to say this is now my he only car repair shop I will go to if I can help it lol. I definitely recommend coming to get your car fixed here you won’t regret it, they will take good care of you.

First impressions are everything. The wrong word or a bad job can set the tone for the future. I am so happy that after many many times I rode past Fair Price, I stopped playing and made the call. I must say their customer service was top notch. Mr. Michael and Ms.Sonya were true examples of customer service.
