I can’t say enough great things about Ulmer's Auto Care. I worked with Tyler in the past and recently with Brandon, and both experiences have been outstanding. The customer care here is exceptional. From start to finish, their communication was clear, thorough, and honest. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, what needed to be fixed, and how they were going to handle it. That level of transparency built real trust. When I picked up my vehicle, they even had it warmed up and ready for me — a small touch that says a lot about how much they value their customers. I’ve never experienced this level of service and attention to detail at an auto shop before. I fully trust Ulmer's with all of our vehicles and can confidently say they’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend for many reasons: I have brought my car here a couple of times to have it looked at and have repairs and maintenance done. The customer service is always amazing, and they have always been quick about taking a look at my car and getting the work done. They were able to get me into a rental car while they waited for the part and did the repair work. They have been transparent with costs and the time that it would take for it to be finished. The communication is top notch. The most recent time I brought my car in, they were able to diagnose the issue and unfortunately my transmission is going out on my 2016 Nissan Sentra. They were extremely patient while I figured out my next step with my car. We have received quite a bit of snow over the past couple of weeks and my car was covered. When I stopped by to pay my bill, Tyler so kindly cleaned my car off and shoveled around it! Since the transmission is going out, they have been so kind to let me keep the car on their lot for a couple more days while I wait for someone to come and tow it. I can't rave enough about the customer service, big shout outs to Brandon and Tyler for taking care of me and always being so helpful!

Great place. They got me in at a moments notice. Super reasonable compared to the other repair shops I called. Will always take my Jag and Audi here. And grab lunch next door at Zaapz!
