I don't go out of my way to leave a review on my alt account, but I feel like this is an exception. All of the employees here are wonderful, but I truly wanted to show some appreciation for Ashley. I come here so often that she recognizes me and over the past few weeks we've been conversing while I check out. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever talked to in a retail setting and Plato's is so lucky to have her.

Brought in two brand new pairs of jeans, while the staff member was looking at them. I walked around the store seeing what t shirts they had. I got the text that my bag was ready and they are unable to take my jeans ??? I asked why and the staff member said it’s not “in” with their fashion trend of clothes. As if there isn’t rows of jeans that are ripped and has holes on all the racks. But the Valentines Sized M Buc-Ed’s shirt is totally in fashion along with all the used pairs of shoes on the racks. Used to have a great selling experience years ago (2016-2020)Will no longer try and want to come into this store, as my time was wasted.

I am here weekly, if not a few times a week. I've found so many amazing pieces of clothing for a great price. The staff deals with so many things happening all at once, so I understand if they can't be cheerful 100% of the time. Despite that, all my experiences, both buying and selling, have been great! Any of the reviews who are upset about the selling process just truly don't understand how it works. They look for popular, trendy items and brands (Lululemon, Alo, Aviator Nation, Edikted, etc). They price things 60% - 80% lower then retail and you get 30% - 40% of that price. I've sold so many things here and I've never had an issue with it.
