Stuck on Reading Road during the afternoon rush, I suddenly heard a loud pop and felt my car start pulling to one side. A blown tire was the last thing I needed. Traffic was backed up, people were flying around me, and I was getting more frustrated by the minute. Fetch & Lift Towing Service answered quickly, and their towing service had someone on the way almost immediately. The driver arrived, checked that I was parked safely, and got right to work changing the blown tire. He even moved a few pieces of debris away from the area before starting. The roadside assistance was efficient and reassuring at the same time. By the time I was back on the road, I felt relieved and a lot less stressed.

Drove up from Louisville for a Bengals game and my transmission started slipping badly leaving Great American Ball Park after the game. Thousands of people leaving at once, traffic locked up everywhere, and my car deciding this was the moment. Found Fetch and Lift in a quick search, ratings looked solid, called them. Dispatcher was calm despite the obvious chaos outside. Driver navigated the post-game traffic to get to me, recommended a shop that could look at it Monday morning, and pointed me to a hotel on the route that wasn't going to charge game night rates. I was back in Louisville by Monday afternoon with the car fixed. Did not see that outcome coming when I was stuck in that parking structure.

Radiator blew on I-75 northbound near the Galbraith Road exit during morning rush. Steam pouring out from under the hood, pulled hard onto the shoulder before I lost visibility through the windshield. Semis flying past, whole car shaking every time one went by. Called Fetch and Lift Towing, dispatcher picked up on the first ring, asked if I was safe before anything else, confirmed my mile marker, and gave me a 35 minute ETA. Driver pulled up in 33. He set out his warning triangles before he even approached my car, which I noticed. Got it loaded onto the flatbed and drove me to a shop near my exit. From the time I called to the time I was standing in the shop parking lot was under 90 minutes total. On a busted highway morning that felt like a miracle.
