Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Injured at work and have been treated like a criminal, an inconvenience to this claims company. For Pennies! Non stop changing of representatives, inappropriate rude emails, refusing to assist with bills being paid. I’m giving up and just not getting the care I need. It’s an absolutely ridiculous process. NEVER AGAIN.

Poor service, push to use their in network collision companies. No longer have local agents. Kept raising rates significantly annually to almost twice of other insurance companies that have local agents. Went to Auto Owners locally and my rates were cut by half with better coverage. Saving $4,000 annually. They bank on you not checking around and slowly rake you.

The worse. No claims since purchasing a policy (5yrs ago), autopay for all those yrs until 5 mos ago, when a payment returned. And bc they do not have online payment options when the policy is pending cancellation, nor hrs after 8pm, they refuse to reinstated the policy. That is terrible customer service.
