I seriously can’t say enough good things about Pro Auto Towing. They’ve helped me three different times now and every single time has been smooth and stress free. They towed my crashed 2005 Ford Five Hundred, my 2016 Cadillac ATS4 2.0T when the transmission blew, and most recently my 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII after it caught on fire at a house. We got the fire put out but needed the car gone within 30 minutes and he showed up fast with no hesitation. That alone meant a lot. He gave us a great price every time and was just an amazing guy to deal with. Super calm, respectful, and just genuinely cool. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just trying to rush through the job. When we needed the Mark VIII put into a small storage unit he took the time to carefully line it up and fit it in perfectly. That took skill and patience and he handled it like it was nothing. It’s hard to find reliable people like that these days. If you need a tow for any reason, this is the guy to call. I’m beyond happy with the service and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had a little accident yesterday driving home from work and ended up in a ditch. The police officer on scene called Pro Automotive to pull my car out of the ditch. The tow truck driver arrived very quickly and was super professional. He took great care when pulling my car out. There was no additional damage done. He was professional and kind. I highly recommend Pro Automotive to anyone needing any type of towing service. I will definitely be contacting them again if needed.

Rami came out tonight and rescued my sister in law from a mishap with a rock and a driveway. His personal service and care to remove her car from the rock and make sure there was no more damage was amazing. You can’t find a better shop to care for both you and your vehicle.
