I hope I don’t have to get my car fixed again ? but if I have to then Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair will have my business. My car was completed ahead of time than the estimation date which was even better. Repairs looks great, smooth process and efficient communication with the team.

Went here only because it was in network with my insurance, Took it down 2 stars because about 3 days after receiving my car back my passenger opened the vanity mirror and the cover was broke. Not sure how that happened or what happened but it wasn’t like that when I took it up there, I used both vanity’s as a sun shield the day taking my car up and they were fine. But other than that body work looks okay and they offer a warrant on the repair they do, which is good. Job was also done very fast. Customer service is pretty okay but I haven’t brought up the vanity issue to them because I don’t want to have to drive it 45 minutes to fix something that can take me 5 mins and costs $3 so I don’t know how they’d react to an unsatisfied customer.
