They refuse to diagnose my vehicle charge me over $200 for an hour and a half and half-assed the diagnosis and is now refusing to do their job and diagnose the vehicle saying they are doing too much free work I own my own mechanic shop will never take my company vehicles over there again will take them out of service and lose money and fix them myself and thank you Joel for coming onto my company page and talking down about my company when you have never experienced my customer service which is way better than yours

The guy was incredibly rude both on the phone and in person and did not tell me he was charging me $100 + tax (for a total of $122.71) to jump my car (less than a 30 second service) until AFTER he provided the service. Shady and rude business all around.
