I'm not used to trusting my vehicle to others to do the work -- part of that is finances and part of it is social anxiety. I needed an alignment in such a dire way that Deputy's was literally my only viable option due to distance. While they got picked by default, they earned my loyalty. They've got stellar customer service. They didn't make me feel lesser for asking a bunch of questions, or being an anxious scatter-brain, or having done my own work or any of my other own personal faults. That sounds like such a small thing, but when you're used to getting side-eyed for being a little odd, it's absolutely refreshing to be in a welcoming atmosphere. Put simply? The folks there are NICE. And that's rare. They totally accept virtual payments and offer after hours-drop offs and pickups -- an extra plus if you, review reader, also have social anxiety. Their invoices are also very detailed, so you know exactly what was done which is great if you keep your own maintenance logs. They were easy to work with, have reasonable rates and were absolutely understanding of the fact that they're dealing with real people and not just a number on a service ticket. Two thumbs up ?, five stars ⭐, 10/10, A+, and a seal ? of approval.
