November 2025…I’ve lived in Ohio for a couple of years after 65+ years in SoCal. I heard (on the news) I need to get my battery checked so I ended up at O’Reilly in Twinsburg. Siri got me there (thank goodness!) and John was incredibly helpful!!! I discovered my battery was on its last legs and already knew I needed new wiper blades. John got the battery and the blades…installed them both…and was so pleasant the entire time!! Kudos to John!!! You’re an asset to O’Reilly Auto Parts!!! ?

Checked what I needed was in stock online. Called ahead to confirm, and was assured it was in stock. Asked for the product to be held at the counter and was told no, that no one else buys what I needed anyways. Drove an hour out here after calling to confirm what I needed was in stock. Arrived to find out Simon, the associate I'd spoken to on the phone, never actually confirmed the stock, and didn't actually have the product. Simon, you have terrible customer service, if a customer asks for an item to be held, just do it. For anyone reading this, don't just ask, insist that your product is held and just go elsewhere if refused.
