On 12/27/25, i purchase one of those 3 foot Sub sandwiches. I would very must like to say, All the Meat & Cheese, & Bread we're fresh. It was Neatly packaged .Tam , that works Deli, who help us was very knowledgeable of the meat and cheeses and a different blends. to create a very special gourmet tasting sandwich for me And my guests. This review is specifically about the deli. While this deli sells my preferred brand of cold cuts, cheeses, etc. I had stopped patronizing it because the attitudes of some of the workers were not friendly at all. They appear to be understaffed, and when I did find someone there, I was made to feel as if I was bothering the worker. They were certainly not welcoming. That was until I was served by Tammy the other day. Tammy explained that she was new to the company, but you couldn't tell at all. She was a breath of fresh air. She had great suggestions, filled my requests expertly, and is the kind of employee every establishment should want. Thanks, Tammy!

I have never written a review for anything in my life, but my experience at this BJ’s left me no choice. This was hands down the worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had. The customer service staff were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and made it clear they couldn’t care less about helping anyone. It honestly felt like they were miserable themselves, and that negative energy carries throughout the entire store. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable, and the whole experience was enough to make me swear off BJ’s entirely. Costco is miles better in every way. I don’t ever want to deal with BJ’s again, and I wouldn’t wish the treatment I received on anyone.
