This review is to notify your organization that there is damage to my car that was towed last week by your company. I have called your office multiple times and no answer. Pictures, police report, and insurance claims have been filed.

The actual tow operator was nice, but the lady at the window, RUDE AS HELL. My BF's car was towed due to a complaint, they labeled it as abandoned. The lady at the window switches her entire demeanor when my BF came up, and I'm not a rude individual - so she was very unprofessional, to which my BF agrees. She snatched a portion of his paperwork from me before he came up. The outside tow companies warned us of how this business operates with "abandoned" vehicles - they'll try and tow it over and over again so it's more difficult to retrieve your vehicle and incur more fees. They also have a bad relationship with outside tow companies, consumer beware.

They didn't even bother to try and contact me until fees were so astronomical that they exceeded the value of the vehicle. It really sucks to have your vehicle stolen twice. Depressing place in general, a vivid reminder of how far humanity still has to go.
