DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES FOR ACCIDENT REPAIR. I had a car accident in February of 2023 the police called for a tow. Made Menz come to tow me. The tow truck driver was rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. So I did not want to get my vehicle repaired there, I wanted to take my vehicle somewhere else. I did not listen to my first mind which I should have listened too. I wanted to take my vehicle back to Toyota to get it repaired because I knew the quality of work and the professionalism, but I gave this small business a chance to get everything repaired. I came to pick up my vehicle, The first time, vehicles were two different colors you could see the repairs. I have paint drip marks. They did not repair supposed to yes the vehicle ran but it looked nice but it wasn't nice the hood was crooked I have clear coat on my mirrors and windows my bumper was not put on correctly and it looked nice but it was not nice repair so I asked them to repair it he came in he got the vehicle. He then went back, repainted and gave the vehicle back still the bumper was not repaired correctly the bumper is nail coming off I asked them to fix it before I took the car he refused and said that's the way the bumper is supposed to be. I came back and I asked again about the bumper. I now have to take my car to Toyota to have them replaced the bumper back one and to get the clear coat off the windows and to do the wheel alignment that he did not do and look at the shoddy work that was done please take your car somewhere where you know and you've been before to someone you can trust the owner had the nerve to say that he tried to help me he didn't help me I'm stressed out I'm upset because instead of getting my car back to the way that it was supposed to be I now have to put out more money to get my car repaired and is not fair and now I have to get a lawyer

This is the place you’re looking for. My car was out of service for over 4 weeks because I was 25 miles away from my usual mechanic and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car, I suspected the hub bearing. I didn’t trust any local shop to touch my car because of prior experience. I opted to search for a local shop with the best reviews and I took my chances with this establishment. After my car was towed here, they diagnosed my car within minutes and gave me a VERY reasonable price (thank God) for the complete service. I have to say it was a breathe of fresh air to have come here. My car was done in about 2 hours and they told me about 2 minor things that they seen while they worked on my car for my knowledge. The mechanics here are truly here to serve the local community. George is a down to earth person who cares about people and his local community. I am overjoyed that my car is running again with no problems and they are now my local mechanics and I recommend them to all my neighbors with car issues. One of the best mechanic shops in Southwest Philly, hands down.
