I literally just called to report that one of their semi trucks that's towing a trailer for a down semi has loose connections to the trailer, for the electrical including the brake lights and everything. When I was speaking to the person to inform them, the individual I was speaking to was extremely rude, and try to explain that they were towing a semi truck, listening to respond instead of listening to understand. Then started acting fed up with me and tried to get me off of the phone extremely fast, as though I wasn't trying to assist them in not being liable for a potential vehicle incident on the highway, for lack of brake lights

Chris Foster went above and beyond helping me out today. I had tires locking up on me and he spent nearly 4 hours roadside finding the issue and getting me back on the road. 5 stars, they will be my first call if im ever back in the area and need roadside help. Thanks Chris!

Took forever to have someone "escort" me to my vehicle meanwhile four people were standing around doing nothing. When I finally got to my vehicle I had to crawl in through the passenger door because they put my vehicle too close to another one. There was plenty of other spots with more room, there is no excuse for this.
