I got in an accident on 65 , they towed my truck , I called about my truck to get it out because I did not want fees to build up, the lady I talked I explained I had liability only and wanted to get my truck , she assured me I would not get charged storage . Went down a week later to retrieve stuff from my truck again talked to the lady at the desk told me again try to find somewhere to put it because I wanted my truck back she said take ur time its fine we are not charging storage . Well found somewhere to put my truck I called and the lady told me it would be 1700 , I asked why so much she said I was getting charged for storage, and I brought up what she assured me about no charge for storage she said the owner put a lock on the computer and she could not change it . I have to pay for storage, again I wanted to get my truck out of there 3 days after they lied to me and now I’m gonna lose my truck because of the lies I was told .. and can’t afford that . When I told her that she said oh well nothing she can do..

Worst experience ever!! I called to see about getting my car back when it was towed, the owner Mike and another guy was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. They kept cutting me off not allowing me to get more information. Then Mike hung up on me! I will never recommend this place. They are very rude and especially towards woman.
