I have been restoring vintage car for many years. REM is by far the best company I have ever delt with. I recently purchased two items made by REM from Fusick Oldsmobile. The first item was a rear window parcel shelf, and the second item was a pair of kick panels. For some odd reason neither fit properly. I called Fusick and they didn't understand why they didn't fit and there was no concern on rectifying the problem for me. Unfortunately, Fusick is one of the few venders for vintage Oldsmobiles on the market today. So, I decided to give REM a call. I can't tell you enough of how pleased I am with REM and their entire staff. They went up and above to solve my two problems. The initial parcel shelf I purchased from Fusick was short on the sides by a total of 1/4" and the side molding wouldn't cover the gap. Mike said, no problem I'll make you a new one. The kick panel would not fit either. Mike said to me, mail the original kick panels and I'll make you a new pair. I normally don't post review, good or bad, but this was an incredible experience I need to share with people who restore their cars. With my phone calls to REM I spoke to at least 5 staff members and all of them were incredibly helpful. I now have both items installed in my cay and they are absolutely perfect. And the other thing I like about this company is their products are made in the USA. Again, I thank all of you at REM. You guys are the best. Anthony Saputo

I purchased their reproduction vinyl trunk mats for my 1964 Chevy Impala through Classic Industries and the mats are made from quality materials unlike the cheap thin ones found elsewhere. Thank you for making a quality product and I'm proud to buy MADE IN THE USA!

Bought REM deluxe package tray through Classic Industries for my 1981 Firebird. Speaker holes are off by at least 1 1/2 inches on both sides. They refused to do anything about it.
