Just going to share my experience. They went down in price on me after they already hooked up my car. When I told them just leave it, they said that they can’t because it’s lifted. Then they gave me an address to come pick up the money. I had lost the address and it was an hour away. A few months later O got around to it and they kept giving different stories of why I can’t get paid. The latest versions was that the driver had the cash with him so they couldn’t give me the money, even though I originally made up to get paid in the office. I wish they were easier to deal with. I hate leaving bad reviews, but they left me with no choice. In hindsight, I should have gone with Carvana even if they were offering less.

Receptionist on the phone is the sweetest guy ever! My transmission went and I needed to get a new car which left me with figuring out what to do and where to go with what was now a junk car. I got the number for Johnny’s junk through the auto shop which confirmed my old car should be junked. Receptionist over the phone gave me two price’s for my car, if it had a catalytic converter and a price for if it didn’t. My car had a replaced catalytic converter so they met me in the middle when their Gentleman hector came to get it. Hector was such a sweet gentleman as we talked as I got emotional because the car was my father’s before I inherited it. They even text you as well when you’re not on the phone with them to confirm pickup dates and times. Overall amazing experience and extremely kind and friendly employees.
