If there was a way to give 0 stars or -5 stars I would most certainly give -5 stars. So here it goes. I took my wood splitter cylinder to this small business because that is where I like to spend my money on small business. I dropped my 4" wood splitter cylinder off on a Monday. A women took care of me and took the notes on what needed done. The front seal on the cylinder needed replaced that's all. The cutter head pin was rusted into the shaft of the cylinder so use a torch and cut it out 5 minutes right now worries on hurting the front seal it's already junk.so 11 days later they call and say it's done well ok it took long enough to do a 45 minute job. They said I owe them $433 dollars. I was flabbergasted after being quated $200 when dropped off. So they say they wipe ring and seals inside needed replaced. Ok fair enough. But where does the 433$ how does that add up. Well we made a new pin for the anvile on the lath by turning down a bolt. I can buy a pin at tractor supply for $4.50 why are you charging me an hour $95 to make a pin when I can buy one for $4.50 Well they say they didn't have someone that felt comfortable using acetylene torches the worker did not know how. So they drilled out the pin holding the anvile on so if the inside seals needed done why did you have to take the head off to start then they straightened the ears on the back side of the cylinder which they was not ask to do they were bent for a reason so it fit right on my splitter then i was ask to come there and he would take me outside and settle this face to face if i would have put one of the four farms name that i work for on the job i feel i woyld not have been way over charged things done to the cylinder that was not ask to be done needles to say i contacted my four farm bosses and tild them the story and because i am well respected thease four farmers will not be giving there buissnes to thease rip offs ever again do not take your buissness to thease people unluss you want to be threatened to be beating up absolutely the most horrible and most uncomfortable professionals I have ever delt with by screwing me they have lost four farms and tomarrow I will be calling the two garages that I work for acationally those garages will not be bring their buissness there anymore eiather my advice take it to central hydrolics do not get ripped of like i did learn from my mistake R you s going to make this right with me yet I want to be able to give you a a good review just give me the the two hours spent spent on things you wasn't asking to do I read another review that syums replied to and said ya did it weather the costermer ask or not at all why didn't yuns call me and ask me why I didn't want the ears straightened if ya didn't want to return the cylinder with the ears straightened then why didn't you( not at all ) and give it back id have went to martains burg and they would have done the customer ask and not what they wanted to do just to run up the bill for the sack of putting extra money in their own pocket and getting rich from what you want to do to rip seone of instead of what the customer ask to have done you went out of line swearing at me and asking me to come settle this face to face with a screaming at me voice so uncalled for acting so unprofessional

I called in about getting a plow pump and was quoted a price and told I’d have it back that day. They had my truck for a week giving me story after story and had me go there multiple times for the pump to be in worse condition than it was when I took it there. It still doesn’t work and they’re trying to make me pay $760 for it 1.5months later and still broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that needs anything done that requires anything more than a hydraulic hose!!

Able to work through difficult problems that arise with older equipment . They stand behind their work. Very friendly and timely repairs. It was nice to find a company that can work on wrecker hydraulics.
