Very disappointed in this body shop. First I must say, they are very rude to anyone on the phone. And complain about people calling when you wait in the lobby. My car was returned after an accident, still not fixed. They dismissed the issue and belittled me. Maybe because I’m gay, not too sure there. I reached out to my guy at Toyota collision to help me with fix the issue. They fixed it finally, but only put a “bandaid” on it. The issue came back. Now they do not want to fix the car when I have a lifetime warranty with State Farm as since they are a repair facility for State Farm. They are saying this is “fraud.” Just own up to the work you do, and know you didn’t fix the car properly. Whatever you do, don’t bring your car here so you can avoid the headache.

I cannot thank Roxy Auto Body enough for the amazing job they did on my car. It honestly looks like it is brand new. The people there are the best and they took my car in right away, while other places I called were backed up. I have included some before and after pictures to highlight their work. I would highly recommend them if you need any body repairs to your car.

This place took care of me and my Buick after a dude hit my parked car and destroyed its mirror. They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! Thank you for dealing with my bad luck of a car situation!!
