These guys do the job right, and quickly! Brought my jeep back from the graveyard! Good people, and excellent service. After purchasing my jeep, I found so many things wrong with it, but Justin and his team got the work done at a reasonable price, and much much faster than I would have imagined. I wont be going anywhere else, and highly recommend ? Just recently went back to them with wheel bearings issues, and they kept me from losing a tire and totaling my vehicle. Very appreciative of their work. If you're going anywhere else, you're doing it wrong!

I met Justin Pons when he was being a Good Samaritan. In the middle of frigid temperatures before dawn, he waited outside the gym because my car headlights were left on and he didn’t want my car battery to die and leave me stranded. I think that action itself shows a lot about Justin’s character and the pride he takes in his car services. I have been going to Pons Auto Service ever since, and his kind, thoughtful, and meticulous service has kept my car running smoothly over the past four years. I have had very bad car service experiences before, and when I told Justin about that, he went the extra mile to ensure that he always provided the utmost detail, explanations of services rendered when I had questions, and timely updates. Honestly, his car shop has restored my ability to trust car guys again with the exemplary service that he has provided. I have full trust and faith in Justin that he will always provide the necessary car services without overcharging or “fixing” things that don’t need to be fixed. Justin goes the extra mile to not only get the job done right, but does so honestly and transparently. I really appreciate the work that he has put into my almost twenty-year-old vehicle and he has kept it in excellent shape since I have been coming here. Great experience overall. The mechanic clearly explained the issues with my car and fixed the main problem I came in for. He also helped take care of a few small things that I didn’t even ask for, and he did it for free. The service was honest, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate the extra help and would definitely recommend this shop.
