I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I dropped my vehicle at 8:15 for ONE tire. I called after waiting for two hours and the man on the phone didn’t even know what I had come in for. Hours go by and not a single update. I had to call them again multiple times to understand what was taking so long and they had no answer as to why it took over four hours to change a single tire. After my tire is finally fished, they had the audacity to take my lug nuts and replace them with entirely different ones. I had to call and go back to the store to get mine put back on.

Roy at the front desk did an amazing job helping replace my battery. It's behind a wheel well, and my terminals and cable were corroded and ruined. Roy explained each step with me. I wish all employees were like Roy. You're lucky to have him. Keep up the good honest work.

John K. at the Willow Grove Pep Boys was so incredibly helpful today. I went in needing wiper blades because mine were in the process of falling off and without me even having to ask, John inquired what make and model vehicle I had and looked up what I needed. He helped me choose what I needed and also signed me up to receive a discount. As an added bonus, he was thoughtful enough to come out to my car and install the new wiper blades for me!!! What a great experience!!! Thanks John!! ?
