10 Milwaukee batteries. 2 Milwaukee reciprocating saws, 2 Milwaukee impact drills, Milwaukee grinder, $300 winch that was bolted in the bed of my truck, hand tools and Sooo much more was stolen out of my truck after paying nearly $3,000 for my truck back. I worked years to get all the tools I had and when I called them the owners response was this “ I have 7 employeees and I can speak for all of them that no one stole your tools” Police are involved and I’m faithful that they will no longer be towiing for law enforcement. Do not use this company.

Helpful in the End My car was towed here after an accident, and I spoke with Mark about getting my belongings. At first, he came across as not very accommodating - sort of a my way or the highway type approach; I understand everyone has their own process. Once everything was sorted out with my insurance company, though, Mark completely turned things around. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to help us locate and retrieve my belongings. I could tell he really cared once he understood the full picture. I’m grateful for how it ended, and I hope in the future that same compassion comes through from the start — especially for people who’ve just been through something difficult.
