Don't come here if your a woman alone. I visited this shop for a simple coolant leak, they said it was a thermostat issue, or so I was told. The mechanics kept “huddling” like they were planning a baseball game, glancing at me like they were deciding what to say next. It didn’t feel honest. I was quoted over $380 to “maybe” fix the issue but only after replacing the thermostat just to investigate further. Huge red flag. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion, and guess what? The thermostat was fine. The real issue was something else entirely, verified with photos and a real explanation. I don’t recommend this shop, especially for women who aren’t bringing a man with them. It felt uncomfortable, like they were hoping I wouldn’t know better. I left and saved myself hundreds. Trust your gut.

What a gem! We are so thankful for Michael and his friends/staff. We broke down on I80 and our roadside assistance dispatched a Saturday tow that never arrived. Michael arrived, brought an extra car for passengers, and took the time on Saturday to problem solve and fixed our car. He saved us! Truly a gift and reconfirmed our belief in the kindness of strangers. Also big shout out to Bud, the local motorcyclist who took the time to stop and check on us. Then followed up and found us at Michael’s garage to make sure we were ok.
