I called several Tow Services to move my project car. Not only was Wallace the lowest bid. They were incredibly flexible with my needs (I couldn't tow an open engine in the rain), polite, and patient with me while I figured out a schedule to tow around the busy holiday. The tow driver kept fluid communication throughout the day, and worked around the small rain path that went through the city. Tow driver had a great attitude, shared in my excitement of my new project, and even helped me push my 72 Pontiac in my garage. There were no additional charges after the tow, and the initial estimate was exactly what I paid when the service was over. He was also very skilled behind the wheel. all in all 10/10 service, these people are real "salt of the earth" , no automated messages or papers to fill out. old school, the way business should be done. 10/10

Thank you so much John of Wallace Towing & Repair. This frantic lady called him early Sunday morning and woke him up. My car was having major issues on the drive from Erie to Pittsburgh Saturday night. It was a miracle that we reached the hotel. But I had to figure out how to get my car back home 300 miles away. I didn't think it was drivable and called for a tow. John was very patient and calming. He gave me a quote for the tow. He also listened to me as I described what happened as I drove on highway. I'm glad he suggested I try starting the car and driving it around the parking lot and call him back. I didn't think of that! My car did start and I was able to drive it. John told me that since it was driving fine, I should try driving it home. I took his advice and actually got all the way home without any problems. John could have just towed my car and took my money, but he didn't take advantage of a lady who was in a panic! Thanks again John!
