One of the absolute best experiences at a auto service shop. We needed an emergency tire replacement during a road trip and they were able to quickly get us in and out in no time. I highly recommend this family-run establishment.

got a flat tire on the way to visit family, stopped here and we were back on the road with a new tire in about 30 minutes! super fair price and great customer service as well

Type of mechanic where it’s cheap but you have to be careful. Asked to just change and replace my camshaft actuator, both intake and exhaust and was agreed and confirmed on the work to be done a week prior to the appointment. End up clarifying just incase that it’s NOT the VVT sensor and even showed evidence of previous work showing it was already replaced just incase. This was just a job to replace the actuators and nothing more. Come day of the job and the invoice shows that the sensors were the ones replaced not the actuators. They initially tried to sell me off as they were replaced it’s just what we bill it under. I ended up talking to the mechanic and he confirmed that he only replaced the sensors which I did not need done because I know it wouldn’t have fixed the issue I was having. He then said he doesn’t want to work on my car because it’s a german vehicle and it has too many issues and he’s swamped with work. All i asked was to replace these two parts and nothing more. If anything more was asked it was up to him to take it up or not which was completely fine if not. Instead he replaced the parts that took the least amount of time in order to catch up on work. If you decided to take more work than you can handle and undercharge it’s your issue. Either Charge more or take less work. I didn’t go to the mechanic and have work agreed upon a week prior just for it to be rushed through and not done because you were behind on work. If you come here to get work done don’t think because it’s scheduled a week or two away that it will be done properly and timely, if anything it will get rushed through depending on how behind the mechanic is. Just be very careful. It’s like going in to get your tires changed and you find out the tires weren’t changed and instead you got new brake pads and being told the invoice charge for the brake pad is what they just call tires. And he states he did the VVT solenoid change because that’s what the code calls for. Which i said I don’t want a diagnostic fee charged because I’m not here to fix the code, just replace these parts. Hence why no fee was charged yet instead he went ahead and scanned the car to fix the code. Leading to him changing the VVT sensor leading to no code being fixed, unnecessary replacement I already had done, and disregard for just me asking to replace the camshaft actuators and nothing more.
