AAA would not dispatch a tow truck because of my location and road condition so after a google search I found East Main towing was within 20 miles of my location, I called East Main and they showed up within 1 hour and winched my CRV back on the road. Thank you for the quick response and fair price.

Cameron was awesome. Came to our rescue on a dark rainy night when we slipped off the road and ended up buried in a ditch with our F150 trying to get to our remote air bnb in an area we were unfamiliar with. He was quick to respond even at 10pm at night and had us out quickly without any damage to our vehicle. He was very thorough in assessing the situation before making any moves to ensure no damage and even helped us check the truck over after it was out. I cannot say enough nice things about East Main Towing and the service they provided us.

My car unfortunately blew a transmission at 65K miles, while I was 450 miles away from home. I came into PA to see family, as I am from this area, but live in Upstate NY now. I used the Triple A service to get my vehicle towed, and East Main took the call. Cameron (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was very friendly, communicative, and considerate of my needs, and for the safety of my vehicle. His service was very quick, efficient, and done safely. He answered questions I had to the best of his ability, and if he didnt have an answer he would say he wasnt sure (probably questions I should be asking the mechanic anyway). No B.S. Just straight forward answers. As much as I dont want my car to break down again, if it does in this area. I will pay for East Main Towing before taking the risk of Triple A sending someone else out that may not respect the work as much.
