Only gave it one star because I had to put a star on here to post what I wanna post. Asked them to tow a fifth wheel told them we were pretty certain the wheels were fine, but we brought spare tires and fix a flat and everything that would’ve been necessary in case of any issues at all. This guy was rude from the get-go. He answered the phone didn’t state their business name or anything and I said do you Tow and he said well yeah that’s what we do and was cocky from there on well then he gets out and as he’s getting out to look at the camper, he’s supposed to be towing. He’s shaking his head so already he did not want to tow it. That being said he put up a big stink was nasty and rude about it and still charged us $300 even though driving there and saying he wasn’t gonna tow it did not take any time at all. I understand his time was worth something, but to still charge us what he quoted if he would tow the camper for us just disgusting! Horrible business never again! We were OK with accepting the fact that he was not comfortable towing it. That’s fine but to still charge us exactly what you quoted us and you didn’t do anything come on now how is that Good for business? Then you tell people their stuff is junk! No sir you poor attitude is junk!
