I came in with my Nissan Rogue due to a noise while driving and making turns. They test drove the car a few times to see if the issue was resolved. When one theory didn’t pan out, they continued searching for the issue. They were persistent and diligent. At the end, there were a few issues and most importantly, the differential needed to be replaced. I was warned not to drive the car back to NYC because it might break down. (I listened and only drove locally.). The had me look under the car with them to walk me through the issues. My husband and I decided that at the cost of replacing such a large piece in an old car, it probably wasn’t worth the investment. The secretary gave me advice about cars. She was knowledgeable and friendly. If I am ever in this situation again while in PA, I will go back to them again. Needless to say, 2-days after I left, the car broke down. Pieces of the differential fell off and oil started spilling after a huge noise. Now we’re on our way to get a new, more dependable car based on their advice.

Everyone is very friendly and honest there! Rather than wasting thousands of dollars, Zach kept it real and told me that I should take my car to the dealership(Nissan) to get my transmission checked out. He also advised me to get my car towed because it wasn’t in the best condition to drive! He didn’t try to take my money or take advantage cuz I didn’t know about cars. He made sure I was safe, gave me car advice, and even pointed me to the right direction! If you don’t have a trusted place come here! Zach will keep it real with you and has ur best interest in heart!

Honestly 5 stars isn’t even enough! My family and I were driving down memorial blvd today hot something in the road causing us to not only get a flat tire but whatever it was also flew up and punctured my fuel tank as well! Pulled off immediately and couldn’t have been a better spot, right in front of a-tow auto. Zach was beyond helpful!! He loaned us his personal vehicle for us to get back home because I’m almost 9 months pregnant and wouldn’t have in the tow truck with my husband and daughter. He loaded my car up on his truck and brought it back to our house (45 minutes away) for an amazing price!! I would recommend him and his company for any towing or mechanical needs 100%! Zach, thank you again!!
