Really great guys. Awesome costumer service. They took excellent care of my WRX STI when I was broken down on the side of the road, because my car is lowered they were nice enough to get a different truck that would get my car off the ground without damaging my front and back bumper. Highly recommend.

I got to work with Bill. When I tell you I was in a tight spot, dealing with insurance, and trying to set up a tow for my RV, Bill was so amazingly generous, understanding, and patient. It took 6 days for GoodSam to try and figure out things and continued to mess up the service over and over again. It was a nightmare, but Bill was patient, helped me, talked to me, and got the job done. Other providers eventually gave up working with goodsam and for good reason, but Bill made sure to help me, the person in need. I am so very grateful for his service and help.
