Been a customer of Jesseman for many many years. Not anymore. This is long so bare with me Let me preface this by saying :They inspected my van months ago and broke the lug nut key. Fast forward a few months and the van needs brakes. Called to make an appt and was told Christmas Eve. Thought that was odd so said hey that’s Christmas Eve and was told they would be working till 12. Dropped van off night of 12/23 and put the van key in the box. 12/24 no answer on the phone so we go up at 11 to pick the van up. They are closed. Vans locked, brakes not done. We have no way to get our key and needed our van for that evening. Called and left them numerous messages. Had to drive home and back (approx hour round trip) to bring a spare key to take our van home. Jessemans remained closed for 5 days. When we finally got ahold of someone they claimed it was never written in the book and even tried to tell me they were open till 12 and wondered what that key was for. They apologized so we made a new appt and even reminded them they broke our lug nut key and was told no problem they would be able to get it off. Appt was a week out. A few days later check engine light starts flashing so we have to have the van towed in to wait for the appt. We get that issue fixed and then are told they can’t get the tires off to do the brakes with out a lug nut key and claimed they never told me they could. Instead of giving us the info from the glove box to order a new one my husband had to drive out to get it and order a key. Finally comes in so we drop it off. Here we are 5 days later. Drop off the new lug nut key and they break it too. At this point we have been trying to get our brakes done since before Christmas. They have broken two lug nut keys with no offer to replace or reimburse and did not keep an appt we clearly booked. Fed up we go to pick the van up and guess what. They lost our van key. For almost 30 mins they looked for our key and never found it. These are the most incompetent ignorant people I have ever encountered. I will never ever take my vehicles back to these imbeciles and suggest you don’t either. Now we have to order another lug nut key, another van key and still haven’t gotten the brakes on!
