So on January 14th 2026 I broke down on highland farms dr in Somerset PA I called my insurance they got me to the local tow truck driver Richs towing the tow truck driver told me $265.00 when he called the first time and he said if I can't get her car out of neutral that is an extra $100 so when he called me back the second time I mentioned tell him that I couldn't get it out of neutral and then when the tow truck driver got there he asked me if I get out neutral so I turned off my four ways pop the hood of my car hook my own jump start to the battery of my car and got the car in neutral right in front of a tow truck driver never mind you this tow truck driver still charged me 365.00 even know I got the car out neutral myself and also the tow truck driver asked me to steer my car onto his rollback when he was doing the witch which I thought all tow truck drivers can do this all by themselves don't get me wrong the tow truck driver was nice but this is the worst experience I had with this company I believe this company owes me $100 back because like I said I get the car neutral myself
