Having my car for only a couple of months, a friend of mine and I noticed a couple of dents on the hood. Dent Repair Now came highly recommended, so I gave them a call and chatted with Shannon, the office manager whose customer service is friendly, and exceptional and coordination couldn't have been timelier. I brought the GRC into the shop and Gene and Dave came to the conclusion someone slipped, fell, and landed on the hood. (Auto dent forensics in action!) I was worried about the one dent on the crease but Dave's an artist who made short work of both impacts. Thank you, Dave! And Gene, the owner, was awesome to work with keeping me in the loop on the issue, timing, and also give me a lot of insight on the process, general paint care and maintenance going forward. He is consummate professional and very engaged throughout! I highly recommend his shop and entire staff. While I don't want any more dents, at least I know where I'll go if I have them. Thanks, Gene! Shannon is amazing at her job. Very detailed and I love her work ethic. DRN is very easy to work with and kept me updated with insurance status. My F150 looks better than factory and my door shuts better than when I bought it. Mac checked me in to my truck when it was ready. Super nice kid. They have a very good team at Dent Repair Now.

Couldn't have asked for a better outcome and experience. I drove about an hour and waited while the repair was being done. Gene was great and took me back into the shop a couple of times to talk me through his process and explained everything during the different steps. Super transparent about expectations. Even reapplied a ceramic coating to where he was working when he was finished. The defect is completely gone, had a hard time even finding it to take a picture of the results. Hoping to not need PDR again but I know where I'll be going if I do.
