I brought my car in for a fluid leak and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it for at least a month — and even then, they'd probably just tell me to go to the dealer. They also mentioned that with the other mechanic shops closing in the area they’re prioritizing customers "that have been with them a long time," vs. new customers. As their responses to other reviews note: they have a very small staff so they have some limited capabilities. Totally get it, but if you're not already one of their regulars, probably best to save yourself the trip and try a shop that is taking on new customers.

I was disappointed with the service, or lack thereof that I received. They held my car for approximately 7 weeks providing no updates. I finally came to pick it up with no resolution. The car was left dirty inside and out. No thank you either - just you didn't give us enough time. I was simply handed the bill and was told I can read what the mechanic attempted.

Great family owned business. Very fair prices and take their time to explain what needs to be done with your vehicle as well as their recommendations. My dad always bought our vehicles here when I was growing up and now my husband and I do. I recommend Kaercher to our friends all the time!
