I am so incredibly thankful for Minichs. I slid off of a rural road and over a steep hill in Rockland Twp. Dispatch got Minichs to be the first response within minutes of calling for help. They were a bit a ways away, but showed up exactly on time. They did a quick analysis and determined that we needed to wait until daylight to pull it out, just to be safe. They were kind, non-judgemental and quick. They kept good communication on when they retrieved my car and told me the damage, what they could fix quickly and were honest that it was not drivable until some repairs were made. Matt, thank you!

I had excellent service from this company. They came out during horrible weather and did accidentally damage my car. They promptly took care of making all the repairs and kept me updated with everything. Then I had to call them back again less than a week later, and I was embarrassed because I was stuck again, but they were so kind and professional. I would not hesitate to use their services.

After my AAA call on a cold and rainy night, I was expecting to wait hours for a tow. Minichs was there within 30 minutes, tried to trouble shoot the issue, and towed me to my service garage without any issues. The driver was friendly and was very attentive. I will gladly use Minichs in the future if I ever need recovery service.
