I was very disappointed with my experience at Gordon’s. A couple weeks ago, I took my car in for a repair and waited over a week without hearing anything. I had to call to check on the status and was told they were hoping to have it done by that Thursday and would call me back but I never received a call. After waiting a few more days, I called again the following Monday and was then told my car had already been ready, but no one had notified me. About a week later, I brought my car back for an inspection and asked to be contacted with the cost of tires needed for it to pass. Once again, I never heard back and had to call hours later, only to be told my car was ready. The lack of communication and customer service particularly from the one guy employee was very frustrating. I will say the ladies at the front desk were very kind. Additionally, when I saw the tires, they looked extremely dirty, which made me question whether they were even new. Overall, poor communication and customer service have led me to decide I won’t be returning.

Just had new tires installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The total price was right in line with other shops in the area, but what really stood out was the attention to detail—especially when it came to the alignment. They verbally made the point that they take their time and get it done right, which was incredibly reassuring after two bad alignment experiences at Mr. Tire…. Gordon’s has definitely earned my business going forward. Thanks again!
