Buyer BEWARE - do not buy a used car from this dealership. We bought a used Land Rover Discovery - granted we bought it from California without a test drive but trusted the ad, carfax, smog inspection and video sent by the dealership - they were fine to deal with for the transaction. The first day I drove the car, the check engine light came on and we were not able to get it smogged to transfer the title. We contacted the dealership and they said sorry you bought it as-is. While this is true, it is illegal per PA Law to sell a motor vehicle that is not "roadworthy" which this was not. We have since spent $2,000 to have the car repaired to the point of at least passing a smog check but expect other issues in near term. On top of this, one of the main reasons why we bought the car was because of the prominently featured "rear seat entertainment" - our kids, 9 and 6, were super excited about this- whelp, the TVs don't work and after spending $500 in diagnostics at a Land Rover dealership, they said that the electrical is not connected and it would be $2,000 to remove the seats and see what the issue is - sorry kids, no TVs! And honestly, I think the worst part is that I called the General Manager, Jamie DiFebo, and left messages and he never called back - at least have the decency to respond. You willingly sold us the broken car; at least own the issue, Jamie. While we didn't buy a Maserati at this dealership, the saying goes "the way you do anything is the way you do everything" and I can't imagine their lack of human decency and customer service will end at us.

Absolutely awesome experience! We found my car online and start to close the deal from Florida By the time we flew up north everything was ready, financing and my beautiful car as well so I was able to close the deal within one hour Got some gifts as well, full gas tank of course! Eric was awesome! He even picked us up from the hotel!!! Love my new ride!!! Thanks again!

Absolutely horrendous, avoid this dealership and maybe even Maserati at all costs. I purchased a brand new Grecale from this dealership in the beginning of November with the assurance that they process out-of-state purchases regularly (I live in NY). I sent all the necessary paperwork to process the plates immediately after purchase. I have been contacting the dealership since the end of November to make sure they were processing my paperwork in my state. After emailing and calling, no one at the dealership could give me any information as to when my plates would arrive or if my paperwork was being processed, and no one in the correct department would get back to me. My temporary plates EXPIRED 10 DAYS AGO and my brand new car is sitting idle in my driveway with expired tags. I've had to rent a vehicle to get to and from work with no idea when I will get the plates, as well as no offer of reimbursement for the rental or extension of the temporary. The level of blatant disregard for their customers is deplorable. It's such a shame and no wonder why there aren't many Maserati's on the road if this is what they deem acceptable customer service. This is my first Maserati and will certainly be my last.
